Tater Tot Trot is free to play for personal, family and classroom use. Please be kind to it, and don't copy or sell the game, its characters, music or artwork. It's provided “as is.” We hope you love it.

Tater Tot Trot (“the Game,” tatertottrot.com) is part of Rocko's World and is operated by Rocko's World (“we,” “us”). By using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're a kid, please play with a parent or guardian's okay. Parents and guardians are responsible for how their children use the Game.

Using the Game

The Game is free for personal, family and educational (including classroom) use. Please don't try to break, hack, overload, scrape or misuse it, or use it in any unlawful way. We may limit or block access for anyone who does.

Our content and trademarks

The Game, its artwork, worlds, characters (including Tater Tot and his axolotl friends), songs, music, sounds and text belong to Rocko's World or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may play and enjoy them for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, sell, redistribute or make derivative works from them without our written permission.

Tater Tot Trot™ and Rocko's World™, and their logos and characters, are trademarks of Rocko's World.

Advertising

The Game has no ads. If that ever changes, the Privacy Policy will be updated first.

Links to other sites

The Game may link to other sites, including rockosworld.com and wheresrocko.com. Sites we don't run have their own terms and policies.

No warranty

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it fun and running, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that progress saved in your browser (belts, axolotl friends, outfits) will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocko's World will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. The Game is free, so our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50.

Changes

We may change the Game and these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the Game after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Rocko's World is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
